You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on "I accept”, you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you accept or agree to this agreement on behalf of a nominated company or organisation (in these terms, the "Customer"), you agree that company or organisation will be bound by these terms as a customer. You warrant and represent that you have full capacity and authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the customer company or organisation.



If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to use the website and the services. You are advised to print and retain a copy of these terms for future reference.

  1. The website & the services

      1. The Website is owned and managed by findSportsPartner.com

      2. findSportsPartner.com is a free to use service, that means customers don't need to pay anything for the services described on the Website, which allow the Customer to browse, and manage its profile ("Services"). The Services typically include the following key features:

        1. the facility to create and update "Profile", this may include but not limited to suggested editing of copywriting of age, sex, description, post-processing of images, etc;
        2. the facility to distribute to, or upload from, “Other Medium”, including but not limited to all print and broadcast media, websites and property portals;

  2. Registration

    1. In order to use the Services, the Customer shall first be required to register with findsportspartner.com by using social login (Google) or social login on the Website.

  3. Intellectual property rights

      1. findsportspartner.com and its licensors own all rights in the intellectual property rights relating to the Services and the Website, including but not limited to all software forming part of the Website ("Software"). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. Nothing in this Agreement will serve to transfer from findsportspartner.com to the customer.

  4. Data protection & privacy policy

      1. The Customer and findsportspartner.com shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and all other successor legislation and regulation in the performance of the obligations set out under these Terms.
